What is forbidden in the car?

  • Smoking and vaping in the car- we have a strict no-smoking policy.
  • Pets – they are adorable, but unfortunately, not everyone loves animals.
  • Trips outside of the Quebec area
  • Trips to the US
  • Drinking and driving – is always a bad idea. Stay safe!
  • Texting and driving – sometimes traffic can get chaotic at the moment when you are reading your text message. Be smart, and text when you are not driving!

What are the payment methods?

We are accepting VISA® and MasterCard® cards.

Do you have a deposit?

Yes, all of our rentals have deposits. By paying a deposit when booking a car, you are securing your reservation. After the rental period is done, and the vehicle is in the same condition, we will return your deposit to you. The deposit is $1,000.

Do you have a fee for additional drivers?

We have $ 10 per day for an additional driver’s fee.

However, if a married couple or domestic partner rents a car, they do not have to pay this fee.

The additional driver also needs to meet the requirements for rent.

Do you have an after-hours drop service?

At the moment, we don’t have an after-hours drop service.

We are open from Monday to Friday from 9 am – 9 pm, Saturday 9 am – 5 pm, and Sunday 10 am – 5 pm.

Please return the vehicle by that time!

Can I travel to the US with the vehicle I rented with you?

Unfortunately, all trips to the US with our vehicles are forbidden.  Please stay and explore the Quebec area.

Do you offer any damage waiver?

We have a damage waiver that ranges between $25.99 and $49.99 CAD per day depending on the type of the vehicle. It is not mandatory, but it adds a layer of financial protection in the case of loss or damage to the vehicle. Contact us for more details.

What is your fuel policy?

We have 3 options:

  1. Prepay Fuel option – you pay for the fuel in advance, and when it is time to return the car, you don’t have to think about stopping at a gas station.
  2. We Refill option – when you return the car that doesn’t have a full tank, we will refill the fuel, and charge you for the missing fuel. With this option, the price per gallon will be a bit higher than at a local gas station.
  3. You Refill – you can refill the fuel at the gas station. It is important to return the rental with the same amount of fuel that you left with. With this option, you are avoiding the extra fuel charges.
